Parents’ meetings in January

Dear parents/Guardians,

Kindly read the letter below and send me your preferred date in a comment on this post.  Please do not send emails, so that other parents can have an idea of what dates are still available. Remember that I can only schedule a maximum of 3 parent meetings each day. When everyone gives me the dates, I will then issue a final list of appointments with the exact time slot for each parent. I will post this finalized list when we start back in January but I will take the names as per entrance in comments box, so do not leave it till January.

Thursday 19th  : 8.00 – 8.45

Monday 23rd: 11.10 – 11.55

Tuesday 24th: 10.30 – 11.10

Wednesday 25th : 11.10-11.55

Thursday 26th: 8.00 – 8.45

Friday 27th: 12.15 – 12.55

Dear Parents/guardians.

Following the recent visits to the Junior 1 classes and the meetings we had, during which we shared the new pedagogy being used in the Junior 1 classes, and the feedback that you had about it, we would like to invite you for another visit.

The aim of this visit is to have 10 minutes with the Class Teacher to discuss, on an individual basis, your child’s progress throughout the first term and the way forward for the second term.

Kindly choose a day and time from the list below and send a note to your child’s Class Teacher.  The Class Teacher will need to confirm the availability of the day as only 3 meetings will be scheduled each day.  The Teacher will then get back to you with the time of your appointment.  Punctuality is very important as these will be normal school days and these meetings will be held during the PE lessons.

We trust that this time will help develop further the home/school learning process of all children.
